APPLICATION pursuant to Article 270 TFEU, read in conjunction with Article 50a of the Statute of the Court of Justice of the European Union, first, for annulment both of the EIB’s decision, by letter of the EIB of 20 January 2020, by exchange of emails between the applicant and the EIB during the period from 29 January 2020 to 7 February 2020 and by letter of the EIB of 3 March 2020, requiring the applicant, before he could be engaged by the EIB, to sign an addendum to his employment contract waiving certain social security rights, and of the EIB’s decision of 18 June 2020 confirming its previous decision, and, second, for compensation for the loss allegedly suffered by the applicant as a result of the EIB's decisions.

1 By letter lodged at the Court Registry on 18 November 2020, the applicant informed the Court, in accordance with Article 125 of the Rules of Procedure of the General Court, that he wished to discontinue proceedings and that the question of costs had been the subject of an agreement between the parties, according to which the parties shall bear their own costs.
