APPLICATION pursuant to Article 270 TFEU seeking, first, annulment of the Commission decision dated 7 November 2018, rejecting the applicant’s request to be able to receive a severance grant, provided for under Article 12(2) of Annex VIII of the Staff Regulations and of the Commission’s decision dated 17 April 2019 rejecting the applicant’s complaint dated 21 December 2018 against the abovementioned decision, and second, compensation for all damages that she allegedly suffered as a result of these decisions.

1 By letter lodged at the Court Registry on 23 December 2020, the applicant informed the Court, in accordance with Article 125 of the Rules of Procedure of the General Court, that she wished to discontinue proceedings. She sought no order as to costs.

2 By letter lodged at the Court Registry on 5 January 2021, the defendant informed the Court that it acknowledged the applicant’s position and had no remarks in this regard. It sought no order as to costs.

3 By letter lodged at the Court Registry on 5 January 2021, the European Parliament informed the Court that it did not wish to formulate any observations on the application for discontinuance. It sought no order as to costs.
