ACQUISITION OF INDRA BY THOMSON-CSF, CAJA MADRID AND BANCO ZARAGOZANO CLEARED.

The European Commission announced on May 7 that it has cleared plans by French consumer electronics and defence systems group Thomson-CSF and Spanish banks Caja Madrid and Banco Zaragozano to take joint control of Indra, a Spanish company specialising in information and control systems.
