AEM MILAN, AEM TURIN AND ACEA JOIN FORCES WITH ATEL OF SWITZERLAND.

Three regional electricity distribution companies, AEM Milan, AEM Turin and ACEA of Rome are to join forces with the Swiss company Atel in trading electricity, AEM Milan Chairman Giuliano Zuccoli has announced. The joint venture created by the four partners will be controlled equally, Mr Zuccoli indicated in an interview for the Corriere della Sera daily.
