Conciliation procedure on the financial instrument for the environment (LIFE III programme) may shortly yield an agreement. The issue should be raised once more by the Committee of Member States' Permanent Representatives to the EU (COREPER) on 17 or 19 May, before being formally included on the agenda of the Conciliation Committee meeting on 23 May.
