Pretensiones de la parte demandante -- Que se anule la decisión de 23 de septiembre de 2005 del Director General de la DG INFSO por la que se traslada al demandante, en interés del servicio, al puesto de jefe de la unidad INFSO.G.2 'Micro y nanosistemas'.
-- Que se anule la decisión explícita de 2 de febrero de 2006 de la Autoridad Facultada para Proceder a los Nombramientos (AFPN) por la que se da una respuesta negativa a la reclamación del demandante R/764/05.
-- Que se condene en costas a la Comisión de las Comunidades Europeas.
Motivos y principales alegaciones El demandante, funcionario de la Comisión, al que se trasladó en interés del servicio al puesto de jefe de la unidad INFSO.G.2 'Micro y nanosistemas', alega que dicho traslado es contrario al interés del servicio. Invoca la infracción del artículo 7 del Estatuto y un error manifiesto de apreciación del concepto de interés del servicio, una desviación de poder y una violación del principio de igualdad de trato.
