La parte demandante solicita al Tribunal General que:
— Anule, o con carácter subsidiario declare contraria al Derecho de la Unión, la declaración de voluntad, formulada oralmente y no publicada, de la demandada —dirigida a la celebración de un tratado vinculante entre las partes contratantes, la Unión Europea y los Estados Unidos de Norteamérica— sobre el modo de acceso a los documentos relativos a las negociaciones acerca de una Asociación Transatlántica de Comercio e Inversión (los denominados documentos TTIP), en la medida en que prohíbe, sin excepciones, que los diputados de los parlamentos de los Estados miembros puedan estar acompañados por colaboradores (que dispongan de una habilitación de seguridad), incluidos los colaboradores de los grupos parlamentarios, durante la consulta de los documentos en las salas de lectura TTIP especialmente creadas con este fin (véase, sobre el régimen de acceso, el anexo III del documento del Consejo n.o 14029/15).
— Anule la decisión de autorización del tratado adoptada por la demandada (en lo sucesivo, «decisión de autorización»), formulada previamente de modo oral y no publicada, dirigida a la entrega de la declaración de voluntad antes citada, en la medida en que prohíbe, sin excepciones, que los diputados de los parlamentos de los Estados miembros puedan estar acompañados por colaboradores (que dispongan de una habilitación de seguridad), incluidos los colaboradores de los grupos parlamentarios, durante la consulta de los documentos en las salas de lectura TTIP especialmente creadas con este fin.
— Anule la decisión (oral) de la demandada subsiguiente a la celebración del tratado o a un acuerdo político no vinculante con los Estados Unidos de América sobre el régimen de acceso al TTIP, y por la que se dispone que dicho régimen es jurídicamente vinculante para la Unión (en lo sucesivo, «Decisión de disposición»), en la medida en que prohíbe, sin excepciones, que los diputados de los parlamentos de los Estados miembros puedan estar acompañados por colaboradores (que...
