Los artículos 1, apartado 3, 5 y 6, apartado 1, de la Decisión Marco 2002/584/JAI del Consejo, de 13 de junio de 2002, relativa a la orden de detención europea y a los procedimientos de entrega entre Estados miembros, en su versión modificada por la Decisión Marco 2009/299/JAI del Consejo, de 26 de febrero de 2009, deben interpretarse en el sentido de que la autoridad judicial de ejecución, de disponer de elementos objetivos, fiables, precisos y debidamente actualizados relativos a las condiciones de reclusión imperantes en el Estado miembro emisor que acrediten la existencia de deficiencias sistémicas o generalizadas que afecten a ciertos grupos de personas o a ciertos centros de reclusión, deberá comprobar, concreta y precisamente, si existen razones serias y fundadas para creer que la persona objeto de una orden de detención europea emitida a efectos del ejercicio de acciones penales o de la ejecución de una pena privativa de libertad correrá, debido a sus condiciones de reclusión en ese Estado miembro, un riesgo real de trato inhumano o degradante, en el sentido del artículo 4...
