BUDGET: PARLIAMENT APPROVES ADAPTATIONS FOR 2004.
The European Parliament adopted the report by Francesco Turchi (UEN, Italy) on March 30 concerning the Council of Ministers' common position on the adoption of the Regulation outlining general rules for the allocation of Community finding to trans-European network projects (co-decision procedure, second reading).
In the context of budget procedure, the Assembly also adopted the report by Jan Mulder (ELDR, Netherlands) approving Draft Amending Budget N[degrees] 5/2004 releasing grants from the Solidarity Fund for France, Spain and Malta.
