- Hearing C-415/03 Commission v Greece: State aid. Failure of a Member State to fulfil its obligations. Articles 3 and 4 of Commission Decision 2003/372/EEC on aid granted by Greece to Olympic Airways. Failure to adopt measures to recover aid which is incompatible with the Treaty and aid which was granted unlawfully.

- Hearing Joined Cases C-354/03, C-355/03, C-484/03 Optigen: Taxation. VAT. Interpretation of Directives 67/227/EEC and 77/388/EEC. Right of a taxable person to be credited in respect of input tax. Transaction forming part of a series of transactions carried out for a fraudulent purpose.
