COMMISSION GRANTS AZERBAIJAN SPECIAL RECONSTRUCTION AID OF ECU 10.85 MILLION.
In response to the particularly difficult situation in Azerbaijan, the European Commission decided on December 10 to provide ECU 10.85 million towards the reconstruction of that country's economic infrastructure under the European Union's TACIS programme of technical assistance to the New Independent States.
