CONSUMER PRICES: INFLATION UP BY 1.6% IN EURO ZONE AND 1.5% IN EU15 IN NOVEMBER.

The highest annual inflation rates were in Ireland (3%), Denmark and Spain (both 2.7%). Lowest rates were in Sweden (0.8%), France and Austria (both 1%).
