Michal Nespor works in the Justice, Digital and Migration Unit of the European Union Agency for Fundamental Rights. He focuses on the fields of security and migration, including the interplay of the two, and was the manager of the Agency’s research project on the fundamental rights impact of Directive (EU) 2017/541 on combating terrorism. He has degrees in Law, International Relations and European Studies.


Prior to joining FRA, he worked as a legal expert at the Ministry of the Interior of the Czech Republic, primarily on international law issues related to law enforcement, migration and border management.
