COURT'S RULES OF PROCEDURE AMENDED TO INFORM MEPS.

The Member States' Permanent Representatives to the EU (COREPER) have unanimously approved a draft amendment to the Court of Justice's rules of procedure so it can notify the European Parliament about actions brought to challenge the legality of steps taken under the co-decision procedure. The change is due to be rubber-stamped by the EU's Council of Ministers.
