Joris, agentes] Objeto Por una parte, que se anulen las Decisiones de la Comisión de 20 de junio de 2002 y de 13 de diciembre de 2002, por las que, respectivamente, se denegó a la demandante la indemnización por expatriación prevista en el artículo 4, apartado 1, letra a), del anexo VII del Estatuto de los Funcionarios de las Comunidades Europeas y se desestimó la reclamación presentada con este objeto y, por otra parte, que se le pague dicha indemnización a partir del 1 de abril de 2002.
Fallo 1) Desestimar el recurso.
2) Cada parte soportará sus propias costas.
