EU ATTEMPTS FINAL DEAL ON DERIVATIVES.

The EU member states' ambassadors are to hold last-ditch talks on a draft regulation on derivatives, on 9 February, in an attempt to heal a rift with MEPs over the role of the EU's markets authority in future disputes.
