EU COURT PRESIDENT REJECTS REQUEST FOR INTERIM MEASURES TO SCUPPER COMMISSION/PARLIAMENT DEAL.

The President of the Court of First Instance, Bo Vesterdorf, announced on 15 January the institution's rejection of the application for interim measures made by Gabriele Stauner (EPP-ED, Germany) and 21 other MEPs, calling for the suspension of the application of a Framework Agreement governing relations between the European Parliament and the European Commission during their legislatures.
