Emese Kottasz is Team Leader on Countering terrorist and violent extremist content online in the European Commission’s Directorate General for Home Affairs. Emese’s team is responsible for the Regulation addressing terrorist content online as well as the organisation of the activities of the EU Internet Forum. The Forum brings together EU and EFTA Member States, online platforms, Europol, academia, and other stakeholders, to exchange on terrorist and violent extremist use of the internet as well as to tackle child sexual abuse online.
