Rachael Kelsey is a founding Partner of SKO Family Law Specialists. SKO is the largest, niche practice in Scotland. She is the only 'Hall of Fame' family lawyer in Scotland in the Legal 500 (2021 Edition) and the only Scottish lawyer in the Spears 500 Family Lawyers Guide (2021). Rachael is President of the European Chapter of the International academy of Family Lawyers (IAFL), having previously served as Secretary to the organisation. In 2019 Rachael was re-appointed by the Lord President to the Family Law Committee of the Scottish Civil Justice Council. In 2016 she was on the Scottish Law Commission Arbitration Advisory Group for the Review of Contract Law: Third Party Rights. Rachael is a FLAGS (Family Law Arbitration Group Scotland) Arbitrator and trainer, is the only Scottish Arbitrator on the IFLAS (International Family Law Arbitration Scheme) panel and is on the committee of the Scottish Branch of CIArb (Chartered Institute of Arbitrators).


Carolina Marín Pedreño is a Spanish Abogada who cross-qualified as a Solicitor in England and Wales in 2006. She is a Partner and Head of the Children Department at Dawson Cornwell Solicitors in London. Past President of the Westminster and Holborn Law Society. Current Vice President of International Academy of Family Lawyers Executive Committee and President of the Human Rights Commission of UIA.

She specialises in international cases particularly child abduction, registration and enforcement of foreign contact orders, leave to remove, residence, contact and public law cases. She has represented parents in all instances in the UK and in the European Court of Justice in Luxemburg and in the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg.
