* Weekly meeting:
- Integrated guidelines for growth and employment (2005-208), including a Recommendation on the Broad Economic Policy Guidelines and a proposal for a Decision on employment policy in the member states;
- Three Communications on the topic "To accelerate progress towards the achievement of the Millennium Development Goals": the contribution of the EU, financing of the development and effectiveness of assistance, the coherence of the policies for the development.
- Decision on the Czech Republic's national greenhouse gas emission quota allocation plan;
- Decision on the amendment suggested at the national level to the United Kingdom's greenhouse gas emission quota allocation plan;
- Communication on the 10th anniversary of the Barcelona Process;
- Debate on the revision of the General Agreement on Trade in Services (GATS) within the framework of the WTO negotiations.
