EUROPEAN CONFERENCE TO FOCUS ON TERRORISM.

Terrorism will be the focus of the European Conference to be held in Brussels on October 20. The meeting, at the level of Foreign Ministers, will bring together Member States and the EU candidate countries, along with the EFTA countries (Switzerland, Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein). Unprecedentedly, Russia, Ukraine and Moldava have also been invited to join the working lunch. The Conference will be chaired by Louis Michel, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Belgium, in his role as President of the EU Council of Ministers.
