EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT CALLS FOR EUROPEAN CIVIL BODIES FOR PEACE.

On the eve of the Helsinki Summit, where one of the items on the agenda is conflict prevention both within and outside Europe in the wider context of the nascent European defence and security policy, the European Parliament has once again thrown its weight behind the idea of European Civil Bodies for Peace.
