EUROPEAN SAVINGS BANKS ELECT NEW PRESIDENT.

The European Savings Bank Group has elected Raymond Kirsch as its new President, in succession to Charles Milhaud. Mr Kirsch is President and CEO of Banque et Caisse d'Epargne de l'Etat of Luxembourg. He previously worked in the State Treasury in Luxembourg's Finance Ministry, and was Chairman of the Board of the Institut Monetaire Luxembourgeois.
