EUROPEAN SUMMIT OF REGIONS AND CITIES, MAY 19-20.

More than 300 representatives from European local and regional authorities are expected in the Polish town of Wroclaw on May 19-20 for the European Summit of Regions and Cities whose main theme is to be decentralisation.
