FRANCE TELECOM FINED EURO 6 MILLION FOR DAMAGING FREE'S IMAGE.

The Paris Commercial Court fined France Telecom euro 6 million on November 25 for damages to tangible property and the image of the Internet access provider Free in the context of an advertising campaign. The court has allowed provisional enforcement of the judgment. France Telecom was already subject to an injunction regarding its advertising campaign. Free subsequently took substantive action against France Telecom in June, resulting in a euro 6 million fine on November 25, 5 million for damage to tangible property and 1 million for damage...
