The Paris Commercial Court fined France Telecom euro 6 million on November 25 for damages to tangible property and the image of the Internet access provider Free in the context of an advertising campaign. The court has allowed provisional enforcement of the judgment. France Telecom was already subject to an injunction regarding its advertising campaign.
