GERMAN POSTAL OPERATOR'S MOVE ON SECURICOR NOTIFIED.

Germany's national postal service, which has been severely criticised by the European Express Organisation over its recent acquisitions which the EEO has described as "an Xmas shopping spree", has just notified the Commission over its latest investment.
