Coolen y E. Marchal, abogados, que designa domicilio en Luxemburgo, contra Consejo de la UniÛn Europea (agentes:
Sra. M. Sims y Sr. F. Anton) que tiene por objeto, por una parte, la anulaciÛn de la decisiÛn del Tribunal del concurso Consejo/A/270 de atribuir al demandante una nota eliminatoria en la prueba escrita A.3 y de no admitirle a las pruebas orales y, por otra parte, la condena al Consejo a pagar un euro simbÛlico como indemnizaciÛn por el perjuicio moral sufrido, el Tribunal de Primera Instancia (Sala Primera), integrado por los Sres. J.D. Cooke, Presidente, R. GarcÌa-Valdecasas y la Sra. I.
Labucka, Jueces; Secretario: Sr. I. Natsinas, administrador, ha dictado el 5 de abril de 2005 una sentencia cuyo fallo es el siguiente:
1) Desestimar el recurso.
