PRESIDENCIA DEL SR. ONESTA Vicepresidente 15. Indemnización a las víctimas de delitos Mejora del acceso a la justicia en los litigios transfronterizos * (debate) De conformidad con el orden del día, se procede al debate conjunto de dos informes, en nombre de la Comisión de Libertades y Derechos de los Ciudadanos, Justicia y Asuntos Interiores:
informe elaborado por la Sra. Angelilli, sobre el Libro verde de la Comisión 'Indemnización a las víctimas de delitos' (COM(2001) 536 C5-0016/2002 2002/2022(COS)) (A5-0309/2002), informe elaborado por el Sr. Santini, sobre la propuesta de Directiva del Consejo destinada a mejorar el acceso a la justicia en los litigios transfronterizos mediante el establecimiento de reglas mínimas comunes relativas a la justicia gratuita y otros aspectos financieros vinculados a los juicios civiles (COM(2002) 13 C5-0049/2002 2002/0020(CNS)) (A5-0312/2002).
Interviene el Sr. Vitorino, miembro de la Comisión, para presentar la propuesta de ésta.
