Michel Miné is a distinguished figure at the Conservatoire national des Arts et Métiers (Cnam), where he has held the prestigious Chair of Labor Law and Human Rights since 2017. With a distinguished academic background, he proudly boasts a Ph.D. in Private Law and Criminal Sciences, in addition to being honored with an HDR (Habilitation à diriger des recherches). As a leading authority in labor law, he also serves as the National Coordinator for Labor Law Education.


As a researcher at the Lise Laboratory (Cnam/Cnrs), Dr. Michel Mine's work and publications primarily revolve around labor law, with a specific focus on health and safety in the workplace, working time regulations, and fundamental rights and freedoms of individuals in the workplace.


Dr. Mine is also a member of the Haut Conseil à l’Égalité between Women and Men (HCÉ) since 2022, where he serves as a legal expert in the field of gender equality in the workplace. Furthermore, he is an experienced lawyer, specializing in labor law, and has been an Inspector of Labor (honorary Director of Labor) from 1982 to 2017.
