KINNOCK SAYS COMMISSION IS DISABILITY-FRIENDLY.

European Commission Vice-President Neil Kinnock has made known his paymaster's commitment to disabled employees: "The Commission's work in favour of people with disabilities begins right here in our own institution. We have already made significant steps towards improving access and integration for disabled members of staff, but we still have some way to go. On European Day of Disabled People, I reaffirm our strong and practical commitment to gaining the full integration of our disabled colleagues and ensuring good access for them and the general public.
