Andreea Livadariu holds the position of Partner at Roș and Associates Attorneys at Law, a prominent law firm specializing in intellectual property in Romania. In this role, she offers comprehensive advice, assistance, and representation to clients in cases pertaining to trademarks, designs, and copyright, appearing before the courts and the National Office of Patent and Trademarks in Romania.

Additionally, Andreea serves as a teaching assistant at the Faculty of Law of "Nicolae Titulescu" University of Bucharest, contributing as a seminar lecturer for Intellectual Property Law and Financial and Tax Law tutorials. Her dedication to academia is further demonstrated by the successful defense of her doctoral thesis in September 2021, titled "The Acquisition And The Loss Of Trademark And Industrial Design Rights Under European Union Law," earning her the esteemed academic award Summa Cum Laude (Excellent).

Andreea's international experience includes a five-month traineeship within the General Court in Luxembourg from September to February 2020. Her involvement in various professional capacities extends beyond legal practice, as she serves as an arbitrator and mediator at the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center, specializing in copyright and related rights on behalf of Romania. Moreover, Andreea holds positions of significance in intellectual property associations, including membership on the Board of Directors of the Scientific Association of Intellectual Property Law and as a Founding member and Secretary of the International Literary and Artistic Association (ALAI) - Romania Group.
