Dr. Christian Tillmanns, born 1972 in Pasadena/USA, is founding partner of law firm Meisterernst Rechtsanwälte. His focus lies on general competition law and all questions of pharmaceutical law (regulatory, contracts, market access, clinical trials, compliance, social reimbursement, product liability; advertising). He is also specialised in law of pharmacies and medical law.
Dr. Tillmanns is lecturer for medical and pharmaceutical law at the Philipps-University of Marburg, a member of the editorial advisory board of the specialist journal “medicinal products & law" and a member of the "Network Medical Devices Law" of the "Legal Working Group" of BVMed, the German Medical Devices Industry Association.
