REGLAMENTO DE EJECUCIÓN (UE) N o 102/2014 DE LA COMISIÓN
de 4 de febrero de 2014
por el que se modifica el Reglamento (CE) n o 872/2004 del Consejo relativo a la adopción de medidas restrictivas adicionales contra Liberia
LA COMISIÓN EUROPEA,
Visto el Tratado de Funcionamiento de la Unión Europea,
Visto el Reglamento (CE) n o 872/2004 del Consejo, de 29 de abril de 2004, relativo a la adopción de medidas restrictivas adicionales contra Liberia

decidió suprimir a una persona de la lista de personas, grupos y entidades a las que debe aplicarse la congelación de capitales y recursos financieros.
(3) El anexo I debe, pues, modificarse en consecuencia. HA ADOPTADO EL PRESENTE REGLAMENTO:
El anexo I del Reglamento (CE) n o 872/2004 queda modificado de acuerdo con lo establecido en el anexo del presente Reglamento.
El presente Reglamento entrará en vigor el día siguiente al de su publicación en el Diario Oficial de la Unión Europea.
El presente Reglamento será obligatorio en todos sus elementos y directamente aplicable en cada Estado miembro de conformidad con los Tratados.

Considerando lo siguiente:
(1) En el anexo I del Reglamento (CE) n o 872/2004 figura la lista de las personas físicas y jurídicas, los organismos y las entidades a los que se aplica la congelación de fondos y recursos económicos conforme a dicho Reglamento.
