NEW COMPLAINT AGAINST MICROSOFT.

The European Commission is going to study a complaint from the Norwegian software manufacturer Opera Software against the US giant Microsoft in light of the case law created on 17 September by the EU Court of Justice, said a spokesperson on 13 December. Microsoft has lost its appeal to the EU's Court of First Instance. The Court confirmed the Commission's analysis concerning the abuse of dominant position as well as the record fine imposed on the group - 497 million.
