NEW COMPLAINT AGAINST MICROSOFT.

The European Commission is going to study a complaint from the Norwegian software manufacturer Opera Software against the US giant Microsoft in light of the case law created on 17 September by the EU Court of Justice, said a spokesperson on 13 December.
