* How To Win The Euro ReferendumBritish Prime Minister Tony Blair can achieve the turn-around needed to win a referendum on joining the European single currency, but he only if he follows a determined campaign strategy, a top British pollster said on 5 June. Although opinion polls show the British public is keen to keep the pound, but Mr Blair has the resources, allies and popular touch to reverse this, according to Robert Worcester, Chairman of polling agency MORI International. In a report for the think tank, the Foreign Policy Centre, he compared the current climate with that exactly 25 years ago, when the United Kingdom voted to stay in the European Community as it then was. Yet the pro-European coalition had to turn around hostile public opinion to win a decisive two-to-one victory in the June 1975 referendum.
