NOKIA AND KYOCERA SIGN LICENSE AGREEMENT.

Handset makers Nokia and Kyocera Wireless Corporation have ended their two year patent dispute in favour of a new agreement allowing the manufacturers to license each others' technologies. The two firms signed an agreement on January 10, whereby Kyocera is licensed under Nokia's essential patents, and some additional patents, relating to CDMA, PHS and PDC standards, said Nokia in a press release.
