OECD UNEMPLOYMENT RATE STAYS AT 6.9% IN OCTOBER.

The average rate of unemployment in the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) area, measured on a standardised basis according to ILO and Eurostat guidelines for international comparisons of labour force statistics, held steady at 6.9% in October for the second month in a row.
