Maroš Matiaško is a PhD candidate at Palacky University and Essex University. He is a chair of the Forum for Human Rights (NGO based in Prague) and human rights attorney at law.


Maroš graduated from the Faculty of Law in Olomouc (Mgr.) and postgraduate studies in human rights in Utrecht (LL.M.). He finished the rigorous procedure in Prague (JUDr.). In addition to law, he expanded his education by studying philosophy (B.Sc.) and is now studying a master's program at the Faculty of Arts, Charles University in Prague. Maroš is a lawyer, as a lawyer he also worked in the office of the European Court of Human Rights. Legally, he deals with social rights, the rights of vulnerable groups and the issue of ill-treatment. Theoretically, he is devoted to critical political philosophy.
