2. 3. La partida 0712 comprende todas las hortalizas (incluso 'silvestres') secas de las especies clasificadas en las partidas 0701 a 0711, excepto:

3. a) las hortalizas (incluso 'silvestres') de vaina secas desvainadas (partida 0713);

3. b) el maíz dulce en las formas especificadas en las partidas 1102 a 1104;

3. c) la harina, sémola, polvo, copos, gránulos y 'pellets' de patata (papa) (partida 1105);

3. d) la harina, sémola y polvo de hortalizas de vaina secas de la partida 0713 (partida 1106).

4. Los frutos de los géneros Capsicum o del género Pimenta, secos, triturados o pulverizados se excluyen, sin embargo, de este capítulo (partida 0904).

   Nota complementaria 1. Se consideran 'pellets obtenidos a partir de harina y sémola' con arreglo a la subpartida 0714 10 10, los pellets que pasen, una vez disueltos en agua, por un tamiz de tela metálica con una abertura de mallas de 2 mm en una proporción superior o igual al 95 % en peso sobre la materia seca.
