DECISIÓN DEL CONSEJO de 18 de diciembre de 2006 por la que se modifica el Reglamento de Procedimiento del Tribunal de Primera Instancia de las Comunidades Europeas en lo relativo al régimen lingüístico (2006/956/CE, Euratom) EL CONSEJO DE LA UNIÓN EUROPEA,
Visto el artículo 64 del Protocolo sobre el Estatuto del Tribunal de Justicia,
De conformidad con el procedimiento establecido en el artículo 245, párrafo segundo, del Tratado constitutivo de la Comunidad Europea, y en el artículo 160, párrafo segundo, del Tratado constitutivo de la Comunidad Europea de la Energía Atómica,
Vista la petición del Tribunal de Justicia,
Visto el dictamen del Parlamento Europeo de 13 de diciembre de 2006,
Visto el dictamen de la Comisión de 12 de diciembre de 2006,
Considerando que tras la adhesión de la República de Bulgaria y de Rumanía, el búlgaro y el rumano serán lenguas oficiales de la Unión Europea, por lo que procede incluir dichas lenguas entre las lenguas de procedimiento enumeradas en el artículo 35, apartado 1, del Reglamento de Procedimiento.
DECIDE:
