Professor at the Institute of Law Studies of the Polish Academy of Sciences, habilitated doctor, graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Gdańsk, in 1999/2000 completed post- graduate studies in European law at the University of Social Sciences in Toulouse (France). In 2001/2002, she obtained the title of Master of European Studies at the College of Europe in Bruges

(Belgium).


She obtained her PhD degree (2004) and the degree of habilitated doctor (2014) at the Institute of Law Studies of the Polish Academy of Sciences. Scholarship holder of the European Academy of Law and the Natolin Foundation at the European Institute in Florence (2005, 2009), the Van Calker Foundation at the Institute of Comparative Law in Lausanne (2012) and the Foundation for Polish Science (Bridge-Returns Program 2010-2012, Mentoring Program 2014-2015). Judge at the General Court of the European Union as of 20 September 2016.
