Mark D. Cole is a distinguished Professor of Media and Telecommunication Law at the University of Luxembourg and the Director for Academic Affairs at the Institute of European Media Law (EMR) in Saarbrücken. Alongside his academic roles, he actively contributes to Luxembourg's media landscape, serving on the Advisory Committee of the Luxembourg Independent Media Authority (ALIA) and co-directing the Institute of Legal Informatics at the Universität des Saarlandes.
