EL CONSEJO DE LA UNIÓN EUROPEA,
Visto el Tratado de la Unión Europea y, en particular, su artículo 31, apartado 2,
Vista la Decisión 2010/656/PESC del Consejo, de 29 de octubre de 2010, por la que se renuevan las medidas restrictivas contra Costa de Marfil (1), y, en particular, su artículo 6, apartado 2,
Considerando lo siguiente:
(1) El 29 de octubre de 2010, el Consejo adoptó la Decisión 2010/656/PESC.
(2) El Consejo ha llevado a cabo una revisión de las medidas mencionadas en el artículo 4, apartado 1, letra b), y en el artículo 5, apartado 1, letra b), de la Decisión 2010/656/PESC, de conformidad con su artículo 10, apartado 3.
(3) El Consejo ha estimado que ya no hay motivos para que una de las personas de la lista recogida en el anexo II de la Decisión 2010/656/PESC siga figurando en dicha lista.
(4) Asimismo, debe actualizarse la información relativa a dos personas que figuran en la lista recogida en el anexo II de la Decisión 2010/656/PESC.
(5) Por consiguiente, la Decisión 2010/656/PESC debe modificarse en consecuencia.
HA ADOPTADO LA PRESENTE DECISIÓN:
El anexo II de la Decisión 2010/656/PESC queda modificado como se indica en el anexo de la presente Decisión.
La presente Decisión entrará en vigor el día de su publicación en el Diario Oficial de la Unión Europea.
