The EU "must choose [...] whether it will sign a Stabilisation and Association Agreement [SAA] with Serbia or [...] send a mission to implement [a plan for] supervised independence of Kosovo," Serbia's Prime Minister Vojislav Kostunica said in a written statement issued on 3 January.
