Lista de los buques que han sido objeto de una medida de denegación del acceso a los puertos de los Estados miembros, entre el 1 de septiembre de 2004 y el 31 de marzo de 2005, en aplicación del articulo 7 ter de la Directiva 95/21/CE de 19 de junio de 1995 referente al control de los buques por el Estado del puerto (1 ) (2005/C 142/08) De conformidad con el apartado 1 del artículo 7 ter de la Directiva 95/21/CE referente al control de los buques por el Estado del puerto, los buques que hayan sido objeto de inmovilizaciones múltiples son objeto de una denegación de acceso a los puertos de los Estados miembros (2 ).
El apartado 3 del artículo 7 ter prevé asimismo que la Comisión publicará semestralmente la lista de buques a los que se haya prohibido el acceso a los puertos de la Comunidad.
En el cuadro siguiente se presenta la lista de los buques que fueron objeto de una medida de denegación de acceso a los puertos de la Comunidad entre el 1 de septiembre de 2004 y el 31 de marzo de 2005.
