Just this once it won't hurt! The European Commission is preparing several social initiatives. The legislative package on family leave - parental, maternity, filial - is also expected; only the first topic will be the subject of negotiations between social partners, as the other two fall under the classic' legislative circuit. One text will have to set the framework for four types of discrimination (age, religion, disability, sexual orientation) which are still not covered outside of the workplace.
