Vandersanden y la Sra.
L. Levi, abogados, contra Comisión de las Comunidades Europeas (agentes: Sras. E. Tserepa-Lacombe y F. Clotuche-Duvieusart), que tiene por objeto la anulación de una decisión del comité de selección COM/R/A/01/2000, para la constitución de una lista de reserva de agentes temporales de la categoría A, de no incluir a la demandante en la lista de reserva, así como la solicitud de una indemnización, el Tribunal de Primera Instancia (Juez único: Sr. A.W. Meij); Secretario: Sr. H. Jung, ha dictado el 5 de abril de 2005 una sentencia cuyo fallo es el siguiente:
1) Desestimar el recurso.
2) Cada parte cargará con sus propias costas.
