TELIA POSTS 168% IMPROVEMENT IN HALF-YEARLY PROFITS.

Telia, Sweden's public telecommunications operator, has announced a 168% improvement in half-yearly profits after financial elements to 3.887 billion Swedish Krones (USD477 million).
