TELIA, TELENOR OFFERING MERGER CHANGES, SAYS VAN MIERT.
European Union Competition Commissioner Karel Van Miert said on May 26 that Swedish and Norwegian telecommunications operators Telia and Telenor had offered to make changes to their planned merger to win EU regulatory approval.
