LA COMMISSION DES COMMUNAUTÉS EUROPÉENNES,

vu le traité instituant la Communauté européenne,

vu la décision 90/424/CEE du Conseil du 26 juin 1990 relative à certaines dépenses dans le domaine vétérinaire(1), modifiée en dernier lieu par la décision 94/370/CE(2), et notamment son article 24, paragraphe 6, et ses articles 29 et 32,

considérant ce qui suit:

(1) la décision 90/424/CEE prévoit, au titre III, chapitre 2, la possibilité d'une participation financière de la Communauté aux contrôles visant à la prévention des zoonoses;

(2) les États membres ont présenté des programmes de prévention des zoonoses dans leur pays;

(3) ces programmes figurent sur la liste des programmes de contrôles visant à la prévention des zoonoses pouvant bénéficier d'une participation financière de la Communauté en 2000, telle qu'elle a été établie par la décision 1999/702/CE de...
